For the sake of better protection for the artificial grass, and to increase its usage quality and extend its service life, the following suggestions should be obey:
1. Forbid to wear spiked shoes of 9 mm to run on the grass;
2. Forbid any motor vehicles to travel in the grass ;
3. Forbid heavy things pressing on the grass for a long time;
4. Forbid smoking inside the field, setting off fireworks & bamboo and carrying on welding in the field;
5. Forbid using the chemistry detergent, herbicide or insecticide with the grass;
6. Forbid to throw chewing gum, fruit peel snack, juice beverage, greasy dirt etc. on the grass;
7. Forbid shot put, javelin, discus or other high-sink-sport to be carried on on the grass;

This is not necessary, in fact, you will find that your green will still be very usable during this time of year. In addition, the cold, snow and ice do nothing to harden the synthetic fibers.
What is the base made of? 
Most of our greens are constructed over a multi-layer compacted gravel base system. Integrated with a pvc drainage system, the gravel provides a very stable base, while still allowing water to drain through.
